3. License
Subject to these Terms, Apple’s terms, and the App Store Usage Rules, the Provider grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use Sides on Apple-branded devices the user owns or controls. Sides is licensed, not sold.

Destination websites, share destinations, the App Store, and RevenueCat are independent third-party services. We do not guarantee their continued availability, content, accuracy, or security.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Sides is provided “as is.” We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from data loss, or the safety of destination links. Users are responsible for keeping important links and saved images available through appropriate means.
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.
